Cancellation Policy

1. Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no charge before we start preparing it. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Restaurant Cancellation
Snackori may cancel an order due to ingredient unavailability, kitchen closure, or suspected fraud. In such cases you'll receive a full refund.
3. Late Orders
If an order is severely delayed due to reasons within our control, you may cancel and receive a refund. Delays caused by weather, traffic or force majeure are not eligible.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Order already delivered.
- Incorrect address or unreachable phone number provided.
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
