Welcome to Snackori. By placing an order with us — in-store, on the phone, or through any digital surface — you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Food Ordering

All orders are subject to availability of ingredients and kitchen capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of these terms.

2. Delivery Disclaimer

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or events outside our control. Snackori is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

3. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices displayed on menus, packaging or online may change without notice. Applicable taxes, packaging and delivery charges will be shown at checkout. In case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payments

We accept payments through approved payment gateways, UPI, cards and cash on delivery where available. All transactions are processed by third-party providers; Snackori does not store card details.

5. Offers & Promotions

Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snackori's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
